Hi & welcome! I’m grateful you’re here.

My name is Nicolette. I am a Pre-Licensed Therapist that will be graduating with my MSW in May 2026. I am currently interning with a private practice therapist and under supervision. I will be joining their group practice upon graduating. I am currently available to take remote, self-pay clients.

I work with people navigating life transitions shaped by trauma, grief & loss (including disenfranchised grief like miscarriage/abortion), identity shifts (LGBTQA+ & late-diagnosed ADHD/Autism), questioning religion & spirituality, relationship dynamics, and career changes. My intention is to help you move through life’s inevitable ebbs and flows with greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional resilience.

Together, we will explore your core values, gently examine patterns that no longer serve you, and identify limiting beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll work to reshape the narratives you carry and create meaningful, practical goals that bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. I believe that talk therapy only goes as far as our ability to connect our mind with our bodies and take aligned action through our behaviors.

My approach is eclectic and holistic, integrating insight shaped by lived experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal-Family Systems, Narrative, Existential, Somatic, and Expressive therapies. I work from a trauma-informed lens, with awareness of the systems, environments, relationships, and experiences that influence how we move through the world.

Sessions with me are intended to feel like you’re taking a long exhale. I encourage chronically online humor, cursing, fidgeting/stimming, and anything else that will help you feel more comfortable and foster our relationship together. I try my best to show up authentically, not perfect, to help you do the same, because at our core we are both just humans, being.

If you’re feeling a pull toward change, growth, or deeper alignment, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Please take a look at my offerings page to understand the difference between therapy and coaching.

With gratitude,

Nicolette
